Our team has implemented medium-priority changes to streamline how we deliver assets to the CS, Pods, and Client.
These updates will enhance consistency and efficiency in our deliverable process, ensuring a smoother experience for all stakeholders.

Update to AdTag Sheet
Introducing a seamless update to our AdTag Sheet process! Now, you can input the entire AWS Object URL...

...directly into the AWS File Path field, automating the extraction of Client, Brand, and Campaign names.
Additionally, a new field called "Slides and Tags Title" will be generated, following a standardized naming structure for all adtag sheets: Brand_###_MMYYYY_Campaign.

Update to Slides
We're enhancing our Slide presentations with updates that mirror our AdTag Sheet naming structure, standardizing URLs and titles for better organization. We've also refined the slide layout with subtle improvements to keep things current and efficient.

Update to Asana
Improving our communication with Strategists, we're addressing inconsistencies in link delivery on Asana tasks.
Now, essential links and information will be neatly organized at the top of the Asana task, including Adtag link, AWS Published Folder, Slides link, Slides pass, and Dropbox Deliverable Folder. This simple adjustment ensures clarity and consistency in our workflow.
